Comaneci works with a range of charitable organizations, such as Special Olympics International Muscular Dystrophy Association (SIMD) and Laureus Sports For Good Foundation. She also continues to donate money and time to many charities, such as her involvement with the Nadia Comaneci Children's Hospital located in Bucharest.
